Terms and Conditions


1. We suggest each and every traveler to carry his/her Id proof during the tour.

2. Package can be customized as per the customer’s requirements.

3. Check in & check out time is 12:00 noon as per hotel policies. ( Early check in is subject to availability)

4. In few tourist destinations, the facilities of hotel, services, and aids etc. can not be matched to developed destinations. Hotels in himachal are categorized on the basics of location, servies and costing and not as per star categorization. i.e 1*, 2*, 3* and so on.

5. Meals timings must be followed as per the instucted time of the hotels. For any un-aviled meals we shall not be responsible.

6. Rohtang pass Sightseeing is closed on Tuesdays. Hence we can alter your sightseeing days to cater a smooth tour to you.

7. We may have to re-schedule the sighseeing days due to closing of any monument during that particular day as to ensure smooth execution of tours.

8. Extra cost may be applied for any unexpected event.

9. The Transport services and hotel amenities differs from place to place . So keeping the geographical difference in mind, we request you to kindly do on lacking terms of service providers i.e. transporters, hoteliers etc.

10. The customers will themselves be reliable for any loss of property or life from their end.

11. Final confirmation acceptance should be only written basis & no discount will be provided after the issuance of confirmation letter.

12. For any extra services availed by the customer, extra cost will be levied for the same.

Advance Booking Policy:

• 50% of the total package cost must be deposited as an anvance in our company’s account to confirm the package.

• We can also accept the booking at 25% of total package cost as a token ammount if you confirm the desired package before 30 days of your travel date. ( Note: this policy is not applicable for backages costing above INR 50,000/-)

• Remaining 50% of the package cost will be collected or arrival day.

• Customers must carry the issued confirmation letter on their trip as it contains inportant information like confirmed hotel, Cab details and service contact numbers.
